Ordered this (I phone XR) product on **nd Dec and the delivery date was **th Dec and later on which was extended to **th Dec, even on **th Dec I have not received my order and still the situation is same wherein I am sitting on **th Dec now and still I have not received my product.
The customer is Sick, Dead & Dumb whose only busy in repeating sorry sir, yes sir, thank you sir and wait for ** to ** hrs more sir... and the team will contact you, But nobody has contacted me so far from last * days and still the customer care people are so obstinate and repeating the same lin thank you sir, sorry sir & wait for more ** to ** hrs more sir

Executives, Seniors, escalation team everybody is repeating the same shit just like a fucking transistor and showing their helpless and shameless attitude...
