Foodpanda - Package not delivered

On **th September ****, I ordered food of approximately Rs.**** and made the online payment. I waited for * hours and did not receive the food. Later I contacted Foodpanda and they said that you will receive it soon. I called the restaurant personally and they said that we prepared your order but nobody came to pick it and now it is spoiled. I contacted Foodpanda again and they promised that the same order will be delivered by another restaurant. Again, they fooled me. An hour passed and there was no response. I received an email and they said that I will get the refund within *-** days in my bank account. I waited for ** days but the money did not come. I contacted them back and now they are saying that they have not received the money at all. I am very disappointed. They wasted my time and now they are trying to escape. I need compensation and refund both.
