I booked a travel package for Andman islands in march **** which could not happen due to covid **.But as the limitations are being lifted through out India I am requesting them to make my tour now.
First they said that the tour to andman is not possible because Andman is not open yet for tourism, so we can make tour to Himanchal as Himanchal is open now. I said I am ok with it. But after some time they said we can not change your destination.
I said plz make my tour to where ever possible as soon as possible or return my full amount that is *****/- that is paid to MMT.
Despite multiple requests to every level in the company they are not responding to my mails or calls now. They are harrasing me in every possible manner.
Please help me.
