I booked * parcels from Delhi to Ranchi on **.**.****. Assured delivery date was on **.**.**** but one package has not been delivered yet. It has been misplaced or lost I don't know but I filed complaint on **.**.**** and since then I contacted customer care multiple times but they told that you'll receive call back from our side but no one contacted ever. I multiple times visited Gati local office in Ranchi and in Jamshedpur where my package was last scanned but found nothing. No one cares about your complaint and no one tells you the truth. Even I asked when you provide claim for lost package there response is same that you'll receive a call back from Gati team who is handling your complaint. I even asked them to give there contact so that I can call them but they don't provide their number. Local office people also manipulate things and hide truth. Don't know what to do next.
