My courier package with AWB ************* was not delivered to me. I have raised a complaint against this to the support team on the **th of July, **** . But despite of all the complaints, the support team failed to resolve the issue and has paid least attention to my complaint. The Delhivery Team always promises on phone that the case will be resolved within the next ** hrs but has never come up with any resolution to my problem. They are show least interest to the customer issues. It is ** days since I have raised the complaint for the loss of my product but the team is turning a deaf ear to me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
