Nikhil Shrivastava filed complaint against Flipkart on Dec 9, 2018
I ordered Redmi Note * Pro (*,**) on *.**.**.
It was expected to be delivered on **.**.**
Today morning (*.**.**) when I woke up I found out that my product was shipped and got returned.
I talked to the customer care and they told me that it had been cancelled via the supplier side only because of limit amount of stock.
I asked them that I've placed my order through the stock only and after it had been placed how could it be shipped and then cancelled because of constraint stock.
They apologized and asked me to again purchase it without recognising that this phone is available via Flash sale model only and I purchased through that only.
So there's no guarantee of me being able to book it again and even they can't assure me that I'll not face this type of harrassment by the Supplier again.
This was a birthday gift for someone and now I'm left with nothing.
Please help as this could happened to someone else as well.
