I have done the order for picking up the rakhi on * august and the pickup delayed for * days and for some reason (server traffic halts) they hold the parcel again for * days. Now, it’s rakhi days the parcel is not yet received the destination and also I can’t track my package. Now, i am going to file a complaint in consumer court.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
