NO BROKER PACKERS AND MOVERS - Package not delivered Vendor asking additional charges

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the extremely poor experience I’ve had with NoBroker’s customer service and shipment handling. 

Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue has neither been resolved nor appropriately addressed.The shipment associated with my booking has been on hold for an extended period without any clear communication from your team. To make matters worse, I have now been asked to pay additional charges that were never mentioned at the time of booking, which feels both unfair and unprofessional.

The lack of timely responses from the support team has added considerable stress and inconvenience. As a customer, I expect transparency, accountability, and prompt action, none of which have been met in this case.
Every hour I try to follow up my shipment no one is replying responsible way, they keep hanging phones.

I request your immediate intervention to:Resolve this delay and ensure my shipment is released without any further hold-ups.Clarify and remove the unjustified extra charges.Improve accountability and responsiveness in your support process.
