Flipkart - Package not delivered till date by flipkart as date given was 25th oct and no one is ready to listen

I have ordered a phone from flipkart on ** the Oct and delivery date was provided of **th Oct. Till date not delivery nor any update from company. These are making fools of the customer. I want my loss recovery from this company. Noone is ready to listen. They are giving me explanation that courier company fault which is not my problem.
I want recovery amount of loss from company of this delay where there was requirement of phone for official purpose. Also asking for higher authorities email I'd for further escalation which was not being provided.
