Flipkart - Package not delivered on the Promised Delivery Date and No compensation or refund initiated

Via Order # OD****************** was placed on **th May with a delivery date as **th May. Flipkart send the product via Ekart Logistics - FMPP********** but Its **st May and still Product is not delivered. When requested for compensation for this late delivery they say Ekart is not their partner but Flipkart being parent company of Ekart dont have logistic control . Ekart is playing football between motherhub and Near by hub where one time product reach in morning but evenign return back . No calls made to me by Ekart being we are in Digital age. another date given is **th but no upated.
