DTDC - Package not delivered Forced to collect from origin

I booked a courier with DTDC on ** December **** from Bangalore (******) to Madurai (******) (Consignment No: B********). As per DTDC tracking, the parcel reached the destination hub on ** December ****, but it was not delivered thereafter.

Despite multiple follow-ups through emails and calls, DTDC failed to deliver the parcel, did not provide accurate location details, and gave contradictory assurances, including stating that the parcel would be returned to origin without my consent.

Due to DTDC’s negligence, I was forced to personally search multiple DTDC outlets and ultimately collect the parcel myself, causing significant inconvenience, time loss, and mental harassment. This is despite having paid for doorstep delivery service.

Even after escalating the issue and raising a complaint through Consumer Sathi (Docket Number: *******), DTDC did not provide any apology, refund, or compensation, nor did they respond to final escalation emails.
