Savana - Package not delivered even though it was prepaid but it was showing cod

I placed my order and I made the payment online it was prepaid I paid ****/- but on delivery it was showing cod and I'm attaching the proof too I mailed supportsavana@gmail.com they checked my order and mailed me that I don't need to pay any cod charges for it it was prepaid and when I showed the mail to the delivery partner they refused to deliver it until they get updated I mailed supportsavana@gmail.com *-* times but they are not replying I'm highly disappointed. I received one order but the other one whose total cost is ***/- I haven't received it yet because of their inconvenience and they didn't update the delivery partner or update the information I faced a lot of inconvenience due to this and I want my parcel
