Fedex India - Package not Delivered due to poor handling by FedEx with Mumbai Customs

My parcel was expected to deliver from USA to Mumbai on Monday **th August ****. It has arrived in Mumbai on Sunday August **th ****. I had given my authorization to FedEx for custom clearance on Friday August ** itself to ronald.pereira@fedex.com. Every time (if fortunately someone ever picks up the call) says the customs process takes **-** hours for the process. Till date, I have not received my package.
It is high time someone please take charge of the chaos at FedEx India. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service offered despite charging a premium price for international shipping and Clearing charges. I really doubt whether any of FedEx phone numbers listed in India is picked by any representative. Despite repeated emails with customer service, there is no urgency to make sure the package gets delivered on time.
Please have someone with an authority look into the case. Right now the case is ridiculously handled by Sunimpex Clearing and Shipping agency Pvt ltd (CHA house for FedEx) is not answerable to anyone despite charging astonishingly high rates.
Truly disappointed with the services offered by FedEx. It is probably my last time that I would be doing an transaction with FedEx.
