I have ordered a smartphone from flipkart and the due date to deliver my package was **.** ****, but they delayed the product and the delivery date changed to **.** ****, and the tracker showed me package has already reached to the mother hub in the city which I live, but again flipkart and Ekart delayed the date and now they sent me a message saying my package will be delivered on **.** **** despite arrival of package in the city they are not delivering me my package, and the price of the product was prepaid
Now if the smartphone gets delivered to me after ** may the return and replace date will be over moreover why should I wait so long to get my smartphone which was tend to be delivered on **th may by the flipkart and Ekart courrier. They are just trying to rob my money and harass me so they could provide me a faulty product and I could not replace it due to exceeding time period.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
