I have not received parcel from DTDC since last * weeks. It was supposed to be delivered on **/**th dec but even after * weeks its not delivered. Tracking id is *X*********. The tracking status keeps on saying parcel is in transit or attempted for delivery. However, i have not received any call nor customer care is giving me any resolution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
