Flipkart - Package not delivered but they show delivered in status

I ordered an airtel dth on *th July and prepaid the amount as there was no cash on delivery option. But they did not deliver me the product and showed delivered in status. They cheated me. I lost my money. In their status, it shows order date *th July and the delivery of product data is also *th July. How is that possible. They take my money and not deliver me the product.
