Ajio Reliance Trend - Package not delivered but status updated as delivered

I wanted to inform that I was a regular customer of AJIO from year **** and I had ordered many items and none of the item I faced issue.

But this time I was shocked when I opened the courier which I ordere recently on **.*.**** for amount of Rs. ****.** .
Order id is attached with this email and also the parcel which I received is attached to this email.
On the face of the parcel it’s big parcel and quantities was mentioned as * . Only after opening the parcel only one item was kept inside the parcel.
I didn’t take parcel opening video sinbce I ordere items from trusted app but I have taken the parcel photo .When I raised the complaint it was informed that either refund or products will be delivered but now the complaint is closed stating the issue resolved stating all products delivered ?????
How can you say to this to customer ???
It’s your fault in sending goods which are not kept inside the packaging but stating * in the tracking number.

All * items are from same brand and how you cheat customers like this ??
So u mean to say that I’m cheating on this issue ??? Check my order history and count for how much I have purchased items ..
I want proof of products shipped as * I want weight and courier bill copy of my shipment…

Send me bill of that consignment along with weight and xpressbees invoice
.Don’t fool customers by this way …

I want my money back to my account at any cost and i will never ever order again from this app anymore since AJIO is now cheating customers by offering discounts .
