Sharon Mary filed complaint against Delhivery courier on Feb 16, 2021
My order was shown to me by the delivery boy, he took the delivery code and updated the status as delivered. He took back the package saying he will return it as i intended to return.
However, he hasnt returned it nor delivered it to me.
I followed up with Delhivery customer care for more than ** days with no resolution.
All i would like now is to have the package delivered to me but seems like they something is very wrong as they are taking more than ** days to take this simple action.
I tried contacting the delivery boy and he simply scolds me saying i dont know the status of your package
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
