Naveen agarwal filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 15, 2018
i have ordered a Apple watch series * from flipkart on the **th of october during the big billion days by paying RS***** from my credit card.i have not recieved the watch and its been marked as delivered in the system and i have got invoice and SMS stating the same on **th october. i tried co ordinating with the flipkart CC but they are not very helpful and are asking us to wait. Iam not sure what resolution they are providing but since this is a credit card transaction a simple refund from there end will also be a loss for us as we will be paying taxes on the amount which we have not recieved anything for.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
