Flipkart - Package not delivered but got deliver confirmation

It is not important that the amount is less it was the harassment i had to face from flipkart executives. I got the deliver confirmation on **th but my order had not ben delivered. They told me my issue would be resolve by **th. On **nd i opt for return option by citing that product is missing which is rejected. Then they told me file a complaint again which i do. On **th feb i learn that they did not write my complaint and when i scolded them they told me my matter would be resolved by **th of feb or i will get my refund. On **th feb i get a call from seller that by *st march my order will be delivered, its *nd march today and i havent heard from flipkart. They are cheats
