DTDC - Package Not delivered back to me after receiver refused to accept it

I sent a courier via DTDC office at Masid Banda, Gachibowli on **/**/****. The tracking number is XXXXXXX. The item was rejected by the receiver. I was told by the courier shop that the item will be sent back to the same shop in few days. I kept following up with them but there was no response. I started talking with DTDC via Facebook page to which they have been replying that they are working on it. They still haven't fixed the issue for me. Now, they are not responding the message. The price I paid for the service includes insurance charge for the entire value of the product which is ***** INR. I need this amount to be refunded to me.
