SANDEEP filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 18, 2018
I ordered a mobile phone on Flipkart order number:
OD***************: and it was supposed to be delivered on **th Oct **** though as per the MSG received. Which i have still not received it. I called in customer care several times from *-* days. They are just giving me assurance that I will get the mobile but suddenly I got a sms that my order gets cancelled. I called to customer care they told me that its not their responsibility. Who is responsible? I only know flipkart from where I ordered my mobile I don’t know the seller. Is it what your service? do you think we can trust on you? Its terrible service from flipkart. Are you fooling people? I need my order anyhow. refund will not work for me.
