Again today I did not received the shipment and the status is updated incorrectly at the end of the day. It happened now for the *th time now that the status is incorrectly updated without even trying to contact. It seems like delivery executive don't want to deliver the shipment and wants to avoid it. I have already complaint with delhivary and merchant for * tines but there is no actions taken. The shipment is stuck for more than * days nearest to hub. And there is no way to contact them as well.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
