Delhivary - Not picking up my return

I got an used vivo phone which I ordered from amazon instead of oneplus phone, the return pickup was scheduled by amazon mentioning wrong product was delivered on **th of april, till now no one has came, everytime I call they say they will come in evening and they mention that I was not present at home later. Big scam is happening behind the scenes. the tracking is not working, always shows near my house and he picks first call and then he ingores my calls. they are also mailing amazon that I was not available for pickup
