Delhivary - i got scammed in online shopping

i order a goods from a shop called shoe mafia on instagram owned by shoe mafia by shiv based in delhi . i have paid a total amount of ****rs through google pay and he also send me the picture that he is sending a package with the tracking id of ************* and the moment he send me that picture i got a lot of scammer calling on my number but when i tried to track the package my number was not registered with the package he was sending to me and on ** of may it was showing that the package was delivered to me but i havnt got any package , and how did the scammer got the detail of my personal information written on that package i think that sender has a link with the scammer and did not even send the package at all
