I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the significant and unresolved delay in the delivery of my package with the following Airway Bill (AWB) number: [**************]. The reference number for the support ticket raised is J****************.

* Date Support Ticket Created: ** Sep
* Shipment Status: "Currently in transit" (as per the customer support response on ** Sep).
* Original Expected Delivery Date: [Insert Original Expected Delivery Date if known, or "Unknown, but now severely delayed."]
Sequence of Events:
* I raised a formal support ticket on ** Sep to report the delay.
* On ** Sep, **:** PM, I received a generic reply from the Delhivery Customer Support team stating, "We sincerely apologize for the delay in the delivery of your package. Your shipment is currently in transit and we are actively working to deliver it as soon as possible."
* Since this reply, there has been no further update, and the delivery remains pending.
* I attempted many follow up , but received no response or resolution to the delay.
* The continued active status of the support ticket, despite the lack of delivery and multiple follow-ups, shows a serious deficiency in service. The package has been delayed for an unacceptable period of time (as of today), causing me significant inconvenience, as the package contains waterfilter kit which required urgently, we have purchase bisleri cans.
I have attached screenshots of the support ticket as evidence of the complaint and the company's non-resolution.
Resolution Demanded:
I require the company to take one of the following actions immediately:
* Immediate Delivery: Ensure the package (AWB: **************) is delivered to my doorstep within the next ** hours.
* Status and Refund: If the package is confirmed to be lost, I demand a formal written confirmation of the loss and the immediate initiation of a full refund for the shipment contents and shipping charges.
* Compensation: I also seek reasonable compensation for the deficiency in service, mental agony, and the inconvenience caused by this excessive delay and poor customer support response.
