I sent a kitchen household parcel from YADGIR to JALNA on **th of December and the parcel was received by there courier person on **th but they haven’t delivered i any how took there number and requested them to give the parcel and i even said if your not able..say me your address my person will come and receive from your office but they didn’t responded and the days passed they sent it back i paid ***/- for the parcel it was a food items and it even good spoiled because of there delay such a bad and worst experience from there delivery agents and got mentally tortured i just want that guy to punished so that no one else should suffer as how I suffered and also need a refund for the loss of goods
