i had ordered a celesteron powerseeker **az telescope from fotokart. it reached to nearest delhivery hub(*-* km away from my place) by **th july. they continously changed the tracking status as "Rescheduled","consignee unavailable" etc without even asking me. they send me "arriving today" kind of messages several times but never respond after that. I got some of the contact no. but they said that parcel was big, so couldn't. just waste my time and money. Resolve plz.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
