Hi,
My name is Franklyn.
I have placed an order for a lemfo les* smartwatch last month that was on *th May **** and I have made a complete payment for the order of *****₹.
Initially I was promised to get the order by **-**may which later automatically changed to **th may to *nd June. I have since tried calling and contacting the customer care as well as the seller, spoke to so many customer care executives of Amazon but haven't yet recieved the order as well as the refund for it.
It's been almost a month that I have paid *****₹ and I haven't recieved my money or my order, whereas if I would have invested it somewhere I would have atleast got some profit out of it.
I am really very disappointed and irritated with this service and would want to get my money back as soon as possible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
