The Case Factory - Package not delivered and no refund

Dear Voxya Team,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against The Case Factory regarding an unresolved issue with my recent order.
On June **, ****, I placed order number S***** with The Case Factory for two phone cases (one for iPhone ** and one for Samsung A**), totaling Rs. ***/-.
According to the tracking information (***********), my order was returned to its origin (RTO) on June **, ****.
Despite multiple attempts to contact The Case Factory's customer support team, I have received no response or resolution. My prior attempts to communicate with them include:
* An email sent on June **, ****.
* Using the "contact us" box on their website.
I have demanded either a full refund for Rs. ***/- or the immediate reshipment of my order. As a consumer, I am entitled to receive the product I paid for or a full refund if the product cannot be delivered. Their current lack of communication and failure to resolve this issue is unacceptable and violates consumer protection guidelines.
I previously communicated to The Case Factory that I expect a concrete resolution within * business days. If I do not receive a satisfactory response or a clear plan of action within this timeframe, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to appropriate consumer protection authorities, including the National Consumer Helpline and potentially a Consumer Commission, to enforce my rights.
I request your intervention to help resolve this matter and ensure I receive either my ordered products or a full refund.
