So i ordered *items and pain **** rupees on **th june ****. It was expected to be delivered by **th of july and I got the massage that my order is successfully delivered but i didn't received any product. I have complained many times but they say its under investigation. Now when i open zivame app it shows the delivery date to be **th august ****. I have all the proofs and screenshots.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
