Delhivery courier - Package Not Delivered and fake delivery status updated

My order was is pending for delivery since **th october.everytime i get a message that item is out for delivery and by the end of the day another message that delivery was attempted. This has happened not just once but * times. Their customer care is useless and will just provide you with standard answers. I have been waiting quite patiently for the item to be delivered but their agents never turn up to deliver the item infact just update fake delivery status that item delayed due to customer request.
