Amazon India - Package not delivered again

Today worst thing happen with me i want to share something my order detail is order date *-**-****

I order oneplus * mobile which is to be delivered on date ** Oct **** but it will be reschedule to ** Oct on ** Oct at * pm delivery boy come but that parcel is open.
as i received mail in which company clearly mentioned that your order will come in secure tempered packaging if this packaging is open then don't accept it i follow the instructions and i dont accept that and also lodge the complaint and the customer care executive also assure me that u will get your mobile on or before Tuesday in proper packaging but when i call again then another person told me that u rejected the order then u will not get again we will refund ur money why u will refund money i want mobile this is not my fault i follow the instructions that's why I returned order because it is tempered how i can accept that when it clearly mentioned that don't accept tempered package please see the matter as soon as possible i also have a picture of open packaging of my order and this is not my fault their senior executive talk with me in very bad manner i mentally harrased with that
