Amazon.in - Package not delivered

As I ordered the spoken English book from amazon.in on **/**/****. and it was showing the final deliver date as **/*/**** but that was not delivered. As I contacted the customer service they told me you will have to wait for *th August and then it will be delivered but again they don't made it possible and then I again contacted customer service then I was told that we will refund your amount on */*/**** and it will be the final date and we will confirm from you on the same day and we will call u from here but unfortunately that doesn't happen and I again contacted customer service on */*/**** now they are saying that you will have to wait for more *-*days.... I don't know how to deal with it please help me out......
