Myntra.com - Package not delivered

During the end of reason sale on Mnytra (from **nd June-**th June), I ordered many items at my Patna location. Some of the items were delivered but few cosmetic products were not, and I received a message that those products has been delivered in a packet (Packet no. **********). My mother had receive the packet which was torn and adhered with a cello tape (which can be seen in the image). The delivery boy (Delivery Partner-
Ghanshyam) very cleverly handed over the packet so that the transparent cello tape be not visible, that the packet is tampered. When I opened the packet I saw that packet was tampered and mishandled. I had * product inside and all the cosmetic products (*) were missing. I complained to Myntra where they said that they will resolve this in next * business day but, they closed the complaint. I called them again and they said they can't help because the product has been delivered. Now, I am mentally frustrated talking to costumer care to delivery boy but no one is taking any action.
