Nykaa - Package not delivered

I placed an order on **th august that included several products drom nykaa website. I got call from delivery person on *rd September that he needs to deliver the product as nobody was at home and he refused to come back next day he said that i will keep it outside the door. I agreed as in my apartment it is a common thing and i was already on my way back to home and i was about to reach in * minutes. When i reached , there was no courier and i thought he might be delivering other couriers. After a while i called him and he told that he has already kept the courier outside. I approached nykaa and same thing was told that it is delivered. I checked my Apartments cctv and there was no record of courier guy entering to my Block around the time i received call and then i matched his in and out time on app and he called me **minutes after he got out of my apartment. Frustrating part is that i have shared all the details and screen shot with nykaa and they have only one line to say that the courier was delivered. Thats it. Period. They are not ready to check other facts and they are not ready to listen customer side of story.
