I recharged my videocon D*H connection on **th Oct **** with OMNI HD yearly package for Rs. ****. The services discontinue as of *th August. I have been told that I have done an insufficient amount of recharge and hence only this much subscription is valid. They said the only recharge of Rs. **** is done. I checked my Credit Card statement and found that only ****.** was charged. Why would PaytM do such a transaction? Due to PayTM system error, I lost my subscription for * months. I am supporting my credit card statement as evidence to show that the payment of Rs. ****.** was done against the request of ****. I am unable to find the transaction in my PayTM account. The password to open the attachment is KUSH****.
