Cancelling after shipment and handover to logistics is unlawful and constitutes fraudulent conduct.Flipkart’s own policies require transparent disclosure of such restrictions before order placement, not post dispatch. This constitutes breach of contract under the Indian Contract Act, **** (Sections **, **, **) and violates the Consumer Protection Act, ****.Despite repeated complaints, Flipkart ignored my grievances, falsely marked the issue as resolved on their portal, deleted my public complaints on social media, and subjected me to mental harassment resulting in anxiety and depression.
