Lobsang topgey filed complaint against Delhivery on Sep 30, 2025
I dropped two packages for it to be delivered on * june **** but i received the package after * months. In between i tried various times complaining regarding the matter but the agent named Mr. Shiv shkati Gupta hardly responded. After reaching him through various contacts i got my parcel delivered that too damaged and one package still missing.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
