I sent a courier to Zivame via Delhivery as I had to self ship my return. The delhivery shows that my package was delivered on **th Jan but Zivame is saying they have not received it. I have not been able to contact delhivery as there is no option to contact them or talk to them. When I go to my order history, they don’t show any information of that package that I have shipped via Delhivery.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
