Igp.com - Package not delivered

The items/gifts ordered for delivery on **th Feb **** holding order no. ********, was not delivered to me. I went on requesting for earliest delivery, but no body responded in actual, instead auto mails were only generated. Even nobody picked phone. Later on the status started wrongly showing as 'delivery attempted '. There was no such attempt, as I was throughout available at home to receive this package only, and also sending reminder messages for delivery.
Next day I receive the apology.mail offering gift voucher, as delivery was attempted. I asked them to refund my money of these items to my account, wherefrom it was paid. No response from them. It seems they do not want to do so.
There was no phone call to me, no contact from delivery agent, there was no mail, there was no attempt for entry to my society, no entry registration.
Igp has given me mental agony, and I really want to file FIR against them.
I should be compensated with Rs **,*** atleast for this. (The actual amount paid: Rs **** for these items.
