So my goods were collected from Kolkata on **th August. And I was promised it will be delivered on *-*th August, and it’s **th today, however my goods hasn’t been delivered. Driver is giving random excuses, it’s difficult to connect with the team. Relationship manager calls once in a blue moon, gives wrong details, and hopes of it getting delivered but it’s been ** days now, and my goods hasn’t been delivered.
