My package has not been delivered yet has it has shipped in the center * days back and is yet to be shipped out for delivery from past * days my order is holding in the Mumbai hub center and don't know when will be out for delivery.
The worst part is the Ecom express delivery partner is not able to be reached as you cannot reach them anyhow, neither the pick-up call nor they reply the emails.
The shittiest thing is I've been reaching them on several customer care number and the recorded voice answers your shipment will be delivered in next ** hours I've been called * days in a row and it has been more than ** hours but my shipment is still at the office.
Also I tried reaching their head office contact number the recorded voice answered and told we're unable to answer your call as our working hours from *am to *pm and the funniest part is I was calling then at * am but I got information that I'm not calling in the working hours.
This Delivery Firm is the worst of all over the world I've ever seen.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
