Agoda app - Package not delivered

I booked one room at Druva cottage Alibagh, India. From Agoda App. Booked from the **/**/**** till **/**/****. I had paid **** total amount before Arrival. But at the time of arrival hotel Staff didi not provided me the room. They said Agoda had not provided any payment or booking of me to them. I tried several time to call Agoda but not received any support from the customer care. Once phone was picked up and Executive said Superior of Agoda will call me within * hours but it's almost * days i haven't received any call and support. I need my *** refund.
