Iphone ** Purple ***GB variant was ordered by me on **th October ****. I paid Rupees *****/- by Credit card EMI of * months. Delivery date was promised as **th October **** but JIOMART is daily changing the delivery date and extending it by one day without notifying me. They have changed the date * times by now. I called customer care several times but they are very rude and they do not answer my questions. I want to travel out of town with family tomorrow but because of Non-delivery I have to stay back and cancel travel plans. Iphone ** purple *** GB is still in stock on JIOMART so there is no excuse of not delivering my order.
I have asked the reason for delay but the never replied.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
