Firstcry.com - Package not delivered

I ordered FunBlast EVA wooden finish floor puzzle Brown * quantities costing Rs.****.** on **th September **** with order ID *******GJB*CD**D*. Their system has been showing the product is out for delivery from *st October. I can't even cancel the order. I called several times but got no positive response. It's being ** days I am waiting for this product. I raised concern * times but somehow it has been closed from your end without showing any proper information. Today I have been informed I will not get the product but I have to wait for uncertain time to get refund. Isn't it ridiculous?
