Amazon India - Package not delivered

Respected sir, I have ordered echo dot *th Gen speaker from Amazon India on **rd July ****. Order ID: ***-*******-******* . Order should be delivered by yesterday. I tried to contact delivery agent but he cut my calls everytime. I talked to customer care but they are saying order delivery is delayed because of external factors but after some time they also disabled the option to contact them. It is not appropriate behaviour. I have good openion on Amazon but didn't expect this. I request Amazon to deliver my product. I think they are planning to cancel the order after some days as I got it in flash sale for lower price. I experienced similar problem with Flipkart but I never expect this happens with Amazon also. It's really bad that Amazon is also cheating customers with this kind of trick. I got the product for **% discount so Amazon doesn't want to deliver it. Please help me to get delivered my order..I had to cancel my personal plans because of this delivery and Amazon wasted my valuable time. It is inappropriate behaviour. I have attached the relevant information. Thank you
