I am writing this complaint with utter disappointment about my recent
experience on one of the purchases on Flipkart. I have ordered a Zebronics
Monitor With OrderID *OD****************** *. Few weeks back I got an SMS that
my product has been delivered but to my surprise ,it wasn't delivered at
all. After contacting Flipkart support "n" no. of times , the only response
I am getting from them is that my issue will be resolved quickly. They had
promised that the issue will be resolved by **.**.**** but unfortunately I
haven't heard from them.
They have now stopped to even call me back.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
