On *th jun****, i ordered uniform crocs for my kid , I received the order on *th which was not suiting the size. I placed a replacement order on *th jun****. *th I got a call that the delivery agent is in wrong place , from then on no update on the Amazon site also . From ** th till ** th I have made around * calls to Amazon customer service seeking help.
Everyone apologised but not solved the issue , they are now asking that they can help to return the product and refund my money which I paid.
I am a prime memeber who paid for prompt deliveries., Amazon has failed to keep up the agreement of delivering properly without delay as per the system ** th is last estimated date, till **th June it's daily out for delivery status only. Delivery agent is also not attending calls.
I have been not able to sleep without receiving this product escalating several times via customer care.
No one is understanding the mental agony faced.
