Delhivery Com - Package not delivered

This is such a pathetic courier company that I don't have words to describe it. I ordered a chair from flipkart, it was sent by delhivery. Once chair was out for delivery I was expecting a call. But they didn't call and marked it as undelivered. Next day they called and informed they are coming to deliver the package, they told they are standing somewhere but not able to reach to my destination, so I took my vehicle and went to search them. After ** minutes also I couldn't found them. I kept on calling also but they didn't pick the call. At last in the evening they picked up the call and said sorry sir by mistake I called you. Just imagine the kind of frustration of mine that moment. After that * days they kept on marking undelivered and *th day they again called and asked me to come * km away from my home as they were new and not able to reach my location even after I sent live location on whatsapp. Address was correctly mentioned that anyone can reach. When I reach there they were standing with tempo. I took them with me and came to my location. They took the parcel and came to my home. I noticed name was different I told them. then they said sorry sir this is not your parcel. Your parcel is with someone else. Next day they sent it back to seller without delivering me. Now again I ordered a chair in a offer which is no longer active. Again they marked it as undelivered without calling me. Delhivery not taking action on it as I have already raised concern with them.
